Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Cancellations

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a booked consultation.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable depending on the service type.

Refunds

• Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
• If a session is not delivered as scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund.
• On-site expert visits (for out-of-warranty devices) are subject to the independent expert's refund policy; these will be shown before booking.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@slixprinterhub.shop with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
